Australian Agricultural Company Limited (AAco) is engaged in operation of grazing and farming properties, Cattle breeding, growing, feedlotting and trading, and value add businesses relating to wholesale meat marketing. AAco is a beef cattle producer in Australia and runs a herd in excess of 561,000 head of cattle. AAco operates an integrated cattle production system across 22 cattle stations located throughout Queensland and the Northern Territory covering approximately 8.2 million hectares. On April 7, 2006, AAco acquired 45% interest in Chefs Partner Pty Limited.
