Agri Energy Limited, formerly Australian Ethanol Limited, is Australia-based chemical manufacturer. Its principal activity is to pursue the development of global biofuels opportunity particularly in Australia and the United States. The Company's projects include Swan Hill ethanol project in Victoria, Australia; Beatrice Biodiesel project in Nebraska, the United States, and Tasmanian magnesium metal project in Tasmania. In March 2007, the Company acquired Central EU Biofuels Pty Ltd.
