Asian Pacific Limited, formerly Tomato Technologies Limited, is engaged in the research, development and marketing of the stock market analysis and portfolio management software applications. The Company's support activities consist of a financial Website subscription service, Onlinestockdata.com Pty Ltd, which disseminates Australian Stock Exchange and other international stock market data on a daily basis and the purchasing of marketing lists through Source List Services Pty Ltd, for internal use and external sale. The Company's software services division has five active companies: MCI Technologies Pty. Ltd, MCI Technologies Ltd (United Kingdom), MX-T Inc. (United States of America), Onlinestockdata.com Pty. Ltd, and Source List Services Pty Ltd. In March 2007, the Company completed the acquisition of the companies and businesses operated by the Asian Pacific group, the Associated Equities group and AFS Compliance. In June 2007, it acquired Adviser Solutions Pty Ltd.
