APG is comprised of Abacus Group Holdings Limited (AGHL), Abacus Trust (AT), Abacus Group Projects Limited (AGPL) and Abacus Income Trust (AIT). The Company principally operates within Australia. It holds an investment portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial properties, operates funds and property management businesses, mortgage loan investments and participates in development projects and other property-based investments. has a 50% direct interest in the Santos House joint venture, as tenant in common, engaged in the ownership and leasing of the Santos House commercial building in Adelaide, SA. On March 31, 2006, APG implemented a merger with Abacus Diversified Income Fund (ADIF).
