Allied Brands Limited is engaged in retail franchising in Australia. The Company comprises two business segments: ice cream and store sales. The ice-cream segment is engaged in the sale of ice cream and receipt of royalties. The store sales segment is engaged in the construction and sale of stores. In March 2007, the Company completed the acquisition of Cookie Man.
