A.B.C. Learning Centres Limited is engaged in the provision of childcare services and education. The Company operates in three geographical areas, such as Australia, the United States and New Zealand. ABC Early Childhood training College is a private provider delivering the Certificate III, Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Children's Services. The Company has introduced ABC Lifesmart Curriculum, which is an educational project developed to increase the educational programs offered in the oldest age group classrooms at ABC Learning Centres. On September 6, 2006, the Company acquired The Children's Courtyard LLP, a childcare provider. In October 2006, the Company acquired the remaining interest in Hutchison's Child Care Services Ltd (Hutchison's). As a result, Hutchison's became a wholly owned subsidiary of A.B.C. Learning Centres Limited.
