ABM Resources NL, formerly Tantalum Australia NL, is an Australian company engaged in the exploration, evaluation and development programs on its tantalum projects. The company has a portfolio of tantalum and gold projects located throughout Western Australia. In addition, it is negotiating to purchase tantalum concentrates from a number of Africa- based producers to compliment its Australian resource base. It has built a 500,000 pounds per annum dressing plant at Balcatta, Western Australia, which produces tantalum concentrates, as well as processes a range of mineral ores. The Company's mining sites include Brockman, Nerdoo Well, Arthur River, Dalgarnga, Binneringie, Norseman and Mt. Deans. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2005, it entered into a conditional sale agreement for the sale of its gold interests to Accent Resources NL.
