Aurora Buy-Write Income Trust (the Trust) is an Australia-based investment trust. The Trust aims to provide investors with income and medium-term capital appreciation from an investment in the Australian share market. The Company intends to hold between 15 to 25 stocks directly, and may also opportunistically hold from time to time some hybrid and other income securities listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX), together with other derivative instruments. Merrill Lynch Investment Managers Limited (MLIM) has been appointed as the investment manager.
