A-Cap Resources Limited (A-Cap) is a mineral exploration company with an exploration portfolio that provides exposure to Australia, Botswana and China. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006, the Company focused on building its Botswana tenement portfolio, which totaled in excess of 8000 square kilometers and covered exploration potential for uranium, gold, nickel, base metals, copper and diamonds. In Botswana, the Company's uranium exploration includes Mokobaesi prospect. Its gold explorations include prospects, such as Magogaphate Gold prospect and Makhantlele Gold prospect. The nickel exploration includes Maibele North prospect, Mmamanaka and Sekgopye prospects. The Airstrip prospect and Dibete prospect focused on copper exploration. During fiscal 2006, no work was conducted on the zinc/lead and diamonds tenements. In Australia the Company had retained its 4% free carried interest in the Hodgkinson Basin joint venture with Republic Gold and Gateway Mining N.L.
