ACMA Engineering and Construction Group Limited is principally engaged in the fabrication of steel work for buildings and the manufacture of grain silos and augers for the rural sector. The Company is also engaged in the provision of two solutions for onshore pipeline and plant projects in the oil and gas industries via its equity accounted for investment in Delco Australia Pty. Limited. ACMA Engineering and Construction Group Limited�s wholly owned subsidiaries include Datamatic Pty Limited, Portent Technologies Limited and Datamatic (Fiji) Limited. During the year ended December 31, 2006, the Company sold its 67% controlling interest in the National Engineering Group and its 100% interest in Datamatic DP Pty Ltd.
