The Company operates in two business divisions: simulation, encompassing defense and aviation simulation, simulation e-learning, services and support, and software engineering, encompassing oceanic air traffic management systems, real-time software and systems development. Its wholly owned subsidiaries include Adacel Multimedia Pty Ltd, Rami Logistics Pty Ltd, Brightstar Consulting Services Pty Ltd, Adacel Inc., Adacel Technologies Holdings Inc, Adacel Technologies Inc, Adacel Systems Inc and Adacel Technologies (Europe) Ltd.
