Adtrans Group Limited and its subsidiaries are engaged in operating franchised vehicle dealerships. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006, the Company opened a satellite new and used car sales outlet for Rebel Ford at Pooraka, and a Hyundai operation in the southern parts of Adelaide at Reynella. As of June 30, 2006, the Company's controlled entities included Adtrans Automotive Group Pty Ltd, Adtrans Corporate Pty Ltd, Adtrans Australia Pty Ltd, Adtrans Used Cars Pty Ltd, Adtrans Truck Centre Pty Ltd and Whitehorse Trucks Pty Ltd. On November 2, 2005, Adtrans Group Limited acquired the business of Whitehorse Trucks.
