Adelphi Energy Limited (Adelphi) is an Australia-based petroleum exploration company. The Company focuses to identify and acquire a portfolio of Australia and international oil and gas exploration assets. The Company interests lie in the United States (Sugarloaf) and (New Taiton) and in Yemen (Blocks 7 & 74). During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006, the Company acquired a 20% interest in the Sugarloaf Prospect located in the onshore Gulf Coast basin of southern Texas.
