ADV Group Limited operates a medical imaging center in Sydney, Australia. The center provides full diagnostic radiology services, including X-rays, ultrasounds, computerized tomography (CT) scans and dental orthopantomographies (OPGs). ADV is also looking at a number of opportunities to open additional centers. On October 16, 2005, the Company completed the sale of the PenPlaza General Practice Medical Centre Penrith. ADV Group finalized the sale of the Ryde Radiology Medical Centre, including the Brisbane center assets, on May 31, 2006, and the sale of the Gold Coast Centre on July 14, 2006.
