Audax Resources Limited is principally engaged in the acquisition of mineral tenements, mineral exploration and investment. The Company's portfolio of exploration properties includes Marymia and the Millrose joint venture with Mines and Resources Australia Pty Ltd and Resources Australia Pty Ltd. Some of the Company's 100%-owned projects include Millrose Project, West Yandal Project, Marymia Project, Hartwell Bore Project, Yandal (Karra) Project, James Bore Project, Lake Mackay Project, Millrose West Project, Gindalbie Project, Cunyu Project Area, Horse Well Project, Marymia North Project and Marymia West Project. It derives income from investments, and the exploration and exploitation of mining tenements in Western Australia. In June 2005, View Resources Limited entered an agreement with Audax Resources Limited to purchase the Venus gold deposit.
