Ammtec Limited is an Australia-based company that is primarily involved in the supply of metallurgical and mineral testing services to the mining industry. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006 (fiscal 2006), services were conducted at the Company's laboratories in Perth, Sydney, Adelaide and Burnie. In fiscal 2006, the distribution of metal-related testing for Ammtec was 48% gold; 15% copper, lead and zinc; 22% nickel, 8% iron ore and 7% other. The Company has a 25% stake in Purity Systems Incorporated.
