Aeris Technologies Ltd is engaged in the business of research, development, commercialization and global distribution of the AerisGuard range of products. The Company's Cool Room Hygiene division specializes in the cleaning of commercial cool rooms across a range of industries, including meat, seafood, food retail, hospitality, refrigerated transport and pharmaceuticals. Its Air Conditioning Hygiene division applies the AerisGuard solutions to help address the worldwide issue of microbial contamination of indoor environments. The Water Treatment division of the Company is Aeris Biological Systems, its wholly owned subsidiary, which was formed in November 2005, to remove and control biofilm contamination within industrial water systems using its multi-enzyme water treatment products. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006, the Company launched its new subsidiary, Aeris Hygiene Services Pty Ltd (AHS). Through AHS it acquired Steriair Coolroom Cleaning Service Pty Ltd.
