Artist & Entertainment Group Limited is engaged in the development and management of Australian artistic and entertainment talent across the film, television and commercial industries both locally and overseas. The Company operates two divisions: talent representation and talent development. Of its two divisions, the talent development business (known in the market as Brightstars) is the largest division in revenue and contribution. Artist & Entertainment Group Limited earns fees from clients for arranging appearances/ modelling/ acting work on behalf of talent represented. Brightstars is children's membership-based development and training agency with over 3,000 members. It provides a range of development services, including photographs, skills assessment, development guidance, and training programs.
