Allco Equity Partners Limited is an Australia-based investment company. The Company invests in private equity transactions. It operates in two business segments: Corporate, which is engaged in capital market investments, and Security, which is engaged in security system installation and monitoring. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006, the Company invested in a number of businesses that operate in the financial services and security industries. On January 13, 2006, the Company acquired a 93.9% interest in Signature Holding Company Pty Limited and its subsidiaries. In May 2006, the Company and DB Capital Partners, the private equity arm of Deutsche Asset Management in Australia, jointly acquired Baycorp Collection Services. Baycorp Collection Services, previously a division of Baycorp Advantage Limited, is a provider of integrated debt recovery services in Australia and New Zealand. In July 2007, Allco Finance Group Ltd acquired Allco Equity Partners Ltd.
