APN/UKA European Retail Trust, formerly APN European Retail Trust is a direct property trust invested in a portfolio of retail properties located in Europe. The Company is a joint venture between APN Funds Management Limited and UK Australasia Limited. The Company's tenants include Roller, Carrefour Marinopoulos, AMC Cinemas, PC City, Conbipel, Nike, and Aldi Supermarkets. The Company has investment in 29 retail properties in Spain, Germany, Italy and Greece.
