Allco Finance Group Ltd., formerly Record Investments Limited, is an investment company. Its investments consist of loans to and investments in structured finance transactions. The core asset classes, in which it has invested, include shipping, commercial aircraft, rail assets, information technology (IT), real estate and securitization programs. It also invests opportunistically outside these asset classes, where the investment meets the Company's risk and return criteria. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006, its total investments grew to $1,203 million. On September 29, 2006, the Company acquired Allco (Singapore) Limited. In March 2007, Allco HIT Limited acquired Momentum Investment Finance Pty Limited, Allco Financial Services and International Mezzanine Funds Management (Australia) Limited. Allco Finance Group Ltd is a vendor of Momentum Investment Finance Pty Limited and Allco Financial Services. In July 2007, Allco Finance Group Ltd acquired Allco Equity Partners Ltd.
