Albidon Limited is engaged in the exploration and evaluation of mineral interests. The Company operates in one principal area of activity, the exploration of base metal tenements, and two principal geographical areas, Australia and Africa. The Company's wholly owned subsidiaries include Albidon Zambia Limited, Tumbili Ventures Limited, Albidon Africa Limited, Albidon Malawi Limited, Albidon Mocambique Limitada, Albidon Australia Pty Limited, Albidon Botswana Pty Limited, Albidon Exploration Limited and Albidon (UK) Limited. Albidon Limited owns 10% of equity in Tausi Mining Pty Limited, a Western Australian company. On December 14, 2006, Albidon and Zinifex Limited entered into an agreement for the exploration and development of the Company�s projects in Tunisia.
