Aristocrat Leisure Limited is a global entertainment company, which provides a range of gaming solutions to entertainment venues around the world. The Company holds over 200 gaming licenses and its products and services are available in over 90 countries around the world. During the year ended December 31, 2006, Aristocrat earned more than 75% of its revenue outside Australia. On January 27, 2006, a wholly owned entity of Aristocrat Leisure Limited acquired 50% of the issued shares in Elektronc ek d.d., which manufactures a range of electro-mechanical multi-terminal gaming products. In November 2006, the Company�s wholly owned Swedish business, Ace Interactive, contracted with Casinos Slovakia to provide a server-based gaming system. During 2006, it secured a 19 % interest in PokerTek, Inc., which manufactures multi-terminal electronic poker table game, branded PokerPro. It completed the acquisition of EssNet Interactive AB on May 5, 2006.
