Amadeus Energy Limited (AMU) is engaged in the management and operation of oil and gas producing properties in the United States, and exploration in the United States and Australia. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006 (fiscal 2006), AMU drilled 16 successful wells out of 24 spudded. The Company's subsidiaries include Amadeus Petroleum, Inc., Albany Drilling Services LLC and Amadeus Asia Pacific Pty. Ltd. In fiscal 2006, AMU made three acquisitions: Stephens/Shackelford, with contribution to AMU at 70,000 barrel of oil equivalent (BOE); Ford East, with contribution to AMU at 41,800 BOE, and White Eagle, with contribution to AMU at 151,000 BOE.
