Australasian Resources Ltd. is engaged in mineral exploration. The Company has entered into a due diligence and negotiation agreement for the right to mine one billion tons of magnetite ore from part of the Balmoral South Project, situated in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. The Sherlock Bay Nickel Project is located in the West Pilbara region of Western Australia. On February 18, 2005, Australasian Resources Ltd. entered into an ore leaching agreement with BioHeap Limited, a subsidiary of Titan Resources. This provides the required license to access the BioHeap technology for the Sherlock Bay Nickel Project. The Cat Camp project is located along the northern extension of the Maggie Hays nickel sulphide ultra mafic belt, 130 kilometers southeast of Norseman in Western Australia. The Bulong East tenement was granted in August 2005, and is prospective for gold and base metals. The Company is developing an exploration program for this tenement.
