ARB Corporation Limited (ARB) is engaged in the design, manufacture, distribution and sale of motor vehicle accessories, and light metal engineering works. The Company's design and engineering team utilizes the latest computer-aided design (CAD), computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) parametric modeling systems and finite element analysis packages, and is supported by subcontract companies and universities for special projects like vibration, strength and crash testing. ARB's products include protection equipment, doors and windows for canopies, suspensions, locking differentials, halogen globes, bull bars and other equipments, which are distributed and sold predominantly through Company-owned retail stores. The Company also has an international presence, with an office in the United States, and a network that extends through more than 80 countries around the globe.
