ARC Energy Limited is an Australia-based petroleum exploration and production company. The Company holds an exploration and production asset portfolio in the Perth Basin of Western Australia. The assets are located both onshore and offshore. During the fiscal year (fiscal 2006) ended June 30, 2006, the Company's exploration activities included replacement of oil reserves and evaluation of the tight gas reserves in the Elegans accumulation. The oil reserves replacement program included three exploration wells and a sidetrack. During fiscal 2006, ARC Energy Limited acquired Voyager Energy Limited. In April 2007, the Company acquired the producing Blina and associated oilfields and surrounding exploration acreage from Golden Dynasty Resources Limited.
