Apex Minerals NL is an Australian company engaged in the exploration for mineral resources. The Company's projects portfolio include Apollo hill project located southeast of Leonora in the Northeastern Goldfields of Western Australia; Jillawarra project located west of the Abra lead-zinc-copper-gold deposit, and Narndee project, in which exploration is being carried on the Narndee joint venture. Apex, through its wholly owned Chinese subsidiary Apex Xinjiang NL and in alliance with Falconbridge-Noranda, also explores porphyry copper-gold systems in the Tianshan Belt of northwestern China. In July 2007, Apex Minerals NL acquired Youanmi gold project from Goldcrest Resources Ltd.
