Billabong International Ltd (Billabong) is an Australia-based holding company. The Company is engaged in marketing, distribution, wholesaling and retailing of surf, skate and snow apparel, and accessories and apparel. The Company's brands include Billabong, Element, Von Zipper, Honolua Surf Company, Kustom, Palmers Surf and Nixon. Billabong's products are sold in more than 90 countries by its directly controlled operations in Australia, New Zealand, North America, Europe, Japan and Brazil and through licensed operations and distributors in other regions. The Company's product lines include surf, skate and snow apparel, eyewear, wetsuits, hard goods, board shorts, t-shirts, swimwear, fleece tops, jumpers, pants and jeans, shorts, bags and accessories. In November 2006, Billabong completed the purchase of the Amazon retail business in New Zealand.
