Black Range Minerals Ltd. (Black Range) is an Australia-based mineral exploration company. The Company's major exploration project includes Koonenberry base metal project in New South Wales. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006 (fiscal 2006), the Company drilled 72 holes for 11,000 meters at the project. The Company also formed an alliance with Uranerz Energy Corporation of United States during fiscal 2006. This alliance provides Black Range with ready access to considerable uranium exploration at the Cyclone Rim and Eagle Uranium projects in Wyoming, United States.
