Bannerman Resources Limited (Bannerman) is engaged in mineral exploration. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006, the Company was engaged in nickel exploration, and drilling the Pinnacles Nickel Project in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia. On May 25, 2006, the Company announced that it had received the completed license documents for exclusive prospecting licenses (EPL) 3345 and 3346 from the Ministry of Mines and Energy in Namibia. The licenses are issued in the name of Turgi Investments (Pty) Ltd, a company 80%-owned by Bannerman.
