Boom Logistics Limited is an Australia-based company engaged in the provision of lifting solutions. The Company caters to the industrial maintenance, commercial construction and resources sectors. It sells a range of lifting services, including managed lifting solutions, contractual maintenance arrangements, crane integration for high-rise constructions, engineering services and maintenance, logistics and transport, and equipment hire. The main areas of activity include mobile cranes, such as hydraulic cranes for short term lifting requirements; tower cranes, such as permanent, onsite and high-rise construction cranes; project cranes, such as large-scale and limited mobility construction cranes, and access equipment, such as platforms and boom lifts. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006, it acquired Sherrin Hire Pty. Ltd. and Camilleri Industries Australia Pty Ltd. On August 1, 2006, it acquired the business of the James Group. In April 2007, it acquired D & D Crane Hire.
