Bolnisi Gold NL is an Australia-based company engaged in mining and exploration for gold and minerals. The Company's activities are all Mexican precious metals operations with an existing portfolio of projects, which include the Palmarejo Silver-Gold project (including Trogan), Chihuahua; the Yecora Gold-Silver project, Sonora, and the El Realito Gold-Silver project, Chihuahua. The Palmarejo and El Realito projects are located in the state of Chihuahua, approximately 15 kilometers northwest and southeast, respectively, of the township of Temoris. The Yecora project is located in Sonora, on the border with Chihuahua. In December 2005, the Company sold its interests in the Quartzite Gold Mine and Trans Georgian Resources, both located in the former Soviet Republic of Georgia.
