Bravura Solutions Limited is a supplier of global supplier of wealth management applications and professional services. It provides professional consulting services and highly specialized administration and management applications to the superannuation and pension, investment, portfolio management and life insurance industries. Bravura provides professional services and wealth management applications to more than 125 financial institutions, including a range of blue chip corporate clients. More than 10 million superannuation, life insurance and investment accounts are administered on Bravura software. In July 2005, the Company acquired the Tacit Group (a New Zealand Company with offices in Auckland, Wellington, Melbourne, Manchester and Hong Kong). In March 2006, the Company acquired Essential Computer Systems, an Adelaide-based company. In July 2007, the Company completed its share acquisition of investment administration software developer, Garradin Pty Ltd, from Powerlan Limited.
