Cabcharge Australia Limited is engaged in the provision of a taxi charge account service business and related services to the taxi industry. The Company has joint venture arrangements in London, Aberdeen and Edinburgh. On October 1, 2005, Cabcharge Australia Limited, along with ComfortDelGro Corporation Limited (Singapore), completed the acquisition of the Westbus Group. In Westbus Group the Company owns 49% with ComfortDelGro owning the remaining 51%. In May 2006, Cabcharge Australia Limited acquired South Western Taxis. Some of the Company's subsidiaries include Combined Communications Network Pty Ltd, Taxi Combined Services Pty Ltd and Silver Service Taxis Pty Ltd. Cabcharge Australia Limited is the owner of Combined Communications Network, which is an Australian transport logistics company. In August 2006, the Company acquired 31 taxi plates in Queensland. As of July 9, 2007, Cabcharge Australia Limited and its associates had 93.15% interest in Arrow Taxis Services Limited.
