Commander Communications Limited is a business communications and technology provider to the corporate and enterprise market in Australia. It operates in four segments: Fixed Wire Network, which relates to the provision of fixed wire integrated voice and data telecom services and mobiles; Data Hardware and Services, which relates to the provision of data equipment, and associated services; Voice Hardware and Services, which relates to the traditional key telephone system (KTS) and PABX equipment and services, and Volante, which relates to the provision of professional services, managed services and product solutions to the information and communications technology market. Commander systems, services and solutions are used every day by more than 100,000 organizations. In April 2006, the Company increased its stake in Volante Group Limited to 96.18%. On June 1, 2006, the Company through its wholly owned subsidiary, Commander Corporation Pty Limited, acquired Volante Group Limited.
