Centro Retail Group consists of Centro Retail Trust (the Trust) and its controlled entities, which include Centro Retail Limited. It has a diversified portfolio of 67 retail properties in Australia and the United States. The Company's Australian retail portfolio owns a 50% interest in 16 regional and sub regional retail properties, including Centro Galleria, Centro The Glen, Centro Colonnades and Centro Toombul. The Company's United States properties are diversified across 51 shopping centers represented in 14 states. These assets are owned through a 97% interest in 17 community and neighborhood shopping centers on the East Coast, a 48.5% interest in 14 convenience-orientated shopping centers in California and a 20% interest in Centro MCS 38, which consists of 20 retail properties diversified across 13 states.
