City Pacific Limited (City Pacific) is engaged in property development, property and equipment financing. The Company invests in managed investment schemes and other investments. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006, the Company acted as the manager of four schemes: City Pacific Mortgage Trust, City Pacific Managed Fund, City Pacific Income Fund and City Pacific Private Fund. It has four segments: funds management, engaged in management of funds in managed investment schemes; property, engaged in property development and project management; residential and commercial finance, engaged in property and equipment financing and training services, and other, engaged in hotel operations. In April 2007, the Company's subsidiary, Grande Pacific Limited in a joint venture with Hallmount No 2 Pty Ltd, acquired the Greenmount Beach Resort at Coolangatta from Zion Investment Holdings Pty Ltd. In July 2007, the Company announced the acquisition of Australian Beneficial Finance Pty Ltd.
