Coffey International Limited is engaged in providing engineering, scientific and project management services throughout Australia and overseas. It operates in three business segments. The Consulting Business comprises the Coffey Geosciences Pty Limited, IT Environmental (Australia) Pty Limited, Enesar Consulting Pty Ltd, MPL Group Pty Limited and DASCEM Pty Limited businesses both in Australia and overseas. The International Development Business comprises SAGRIC International Pty Limited, Coffey MP W Pty Limited, Specialist Training Australia Pty Limited and Enterplan Limited. The Project Management business comprises Clifton Coney Group Pty Limited. In November 2006, it acquired two project management firms, Haralambous Dowse and Associates in Canberra and Duncan Rhodes in South Africa. In March 2007, the Company announced the acquisition of Foundation Engineering Consultants. In May 2007, the Company announced the acquisition of Xeon, Inc., trading as CTL Environmental Services.
