Commonwealth Property Office Fund (the Fund) is a registered managed investment Fund based in Australia. The principal activity of the Commonwealth Property Office Fund and its controlled entities is investment in office property. Colonial First State Property Limited is the manager of the Fund. On 12 July 2006, the Fund acquired an indirect 50% interest in 6 and 7 Dawn Fraser Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park. Post June 30, 2006, the Fund acquired an indirect 50% interest in two adjoining 99- year leasehold development sites at 6 and 7 Dawn Fraser Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park.
