Computershare Limited operates in six business segments. The Investor Services segment provides registry and related services. The Plan Services segment provides and manages employee share and option plans. The Document Services segment provides laser imaging, intelligent mailing, scanning and electronic delivery. The Shareholder Relationship Management segment provides investor analysis, investor communication and management information services to companies. The Technology Services segment provides software specializing in share registry, financial services and stock markets. It also has a Corporate segment. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006, the Company acquired Lord Securities Group; FinancialBPO Pty Ltd; SLS Group; Interactive Meeting Ltd; ADM GMBH; investor services and employee plans businesses of National Bank Trust, and investor services business of SunTrust Banks, Inc. In July 2007, it acquired Datacare Software Group Ltd and the transfer agency business of UMB Bank.
