Citigold Corporation is a gold producer engaged in the exploration and development of the Charters Towers goldfield in North Queensland, Australia. The mesothermal gold deposit has previously produced 6.6 million ounces of gold at 34 grams per ton. Its inferred mineral resource is 10 million ounces of gold (23 million tons at 14 grams per ton gold). The Company holds over 200 square kilometers of exploration tenements covering approximately 80 prospects that have potential for economic mineralization. These prospects have either returned gold values in surface rock chip samples (above five grams of gold per ton), or have old workings on them, from which Queensland State Government records indicate production (more than 500 ounces of gold). The Company's gold mines include Warrior gold mine and Sunburst gold mine. Citigold's assets include a gold processing plant and tailings dam capable of handling 340,000 tons per year.
