Centrex Metals Limited is an Australia-based company that is engaged in iron ore exploration. The mineral tenements held by the Company and available for mineral exploration includes GREENPATCH EL 2816, COCKABIDNIE EL 2815, UNGALOW EL 2817, WILGERUP EL 2676 (3317), WANILLA EL 3269, DUTTON BAY EL 3421, LOCK EL 3401 and GILLES DOWNS EL 3375. Centrex Metals Limited holds 100% interest in its controlled subsidiary, South Australian Iron Ore Group Pty Ltd (SAIOG). During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006, Centrex Metals Limited, and Baotou Iron and Steel (Group) Company Limited (Baotou) signed a letter of agreement.
