Dominion Mining Limited is an Australia-based company engaged in exploration activities. The Company's projects include the operation of the Challenger Gold project and mineral exploration in Western Australia and the Gawler Craton region of South Australia. Production in the Challenger Gold project totaled 108,080 ounces during the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006 (fiscal 2006). Production in the Gawler Craton region of South Australia totaled 279,056 ounces during fiscal 2006. In Western Australia, a recovery of copper-gold mineralization was made at Wongan Hills 130 kilometer northeast of Perth. During fiscal 2006 the Company also focused on the Lake Magenta South prospect (South West Yilgam project), where shallow drilling has confirmed bedrock gold liberalization.
