DB RREEF Trust (DRT) is a property group with investments in Australia, New Zealand, United States and France. The Company is principally engaged in funds management and investment in real estate assets. DRT operates through three business segments: Retail, which includes investment in the retail property sector; Commercial and car park, which includes investment in the commercial and car park property sectors and Industrial, which includes investment in the industrial property sector. DB RREEF Trust consists of DB RREEF Diversified Trust (DDF), DB RREEF Industrial Trust ( DIT), DB RREEF Office Trust (DOT) and DB RREEF Operations Trust (DRO). In January 2006, the Company entered into an agreement with the Fonterra Group to develop a 6,700 square meter facility. On June 23, 2006, DB RREEF Industrial, LLC acquired four land parcels from Calwest Industrial Properties.
