DUET Group, formerly Diversified Utility and Energy Trusts (DUET) is an investment fund principally investing in Australian and New Zealand energy assets. The DUET Group is divided into two management schemes: Diversified Utility and Energy Trusts No 1 (DUET 1) and Diversified Utility and Energy Trusts No 2 (DUET 2). The principal activity of DUET 1, DUET 2 and the Company is investing in energy utility assets. AMPCI Macquarie Infrastructure Management No.1 Limited is the responsible entity of DUET 1 and AMPCI Macquarie Infrastructure Management No.2 Limited is the responsible entity of DUET 2. The Company operates in three business segments: gas transmission, gas distribution, and electricity distribution. The gas distribution segment operates in Victoria and Western Australia while the electricity distribution segment operates in Victoria.
