Deep Yellow Limited is an emerging uranium explorer, with projects in the Northern Territory, Western Australia and South Australia. The Napperby Project comprises granted exploration licenses 24246 and 24606 covering approximately 1,403 square kilometers. In March 2006 a trenching program at three sites totaling 54 linear meters was completed. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006, it has acquired a further nine exploration licenses covering 5,095 square kilometers in the Tanami-Arunta Province. On February 20, 2006, it reached an agreement with Matrix Metals Ltd, whereby it can ultimately acquire the uranium rights to Matrix's tenement portfolio in the Mt Isa - Cloncurry District, Queensland. The Siccus joint venture lease covers approximately 45 kilometers of prospective channel sands and 10 kilometers of potential shoestring sands that holds significant potential for Beverley- type mineralisation in the Namba Formation. In February 2007, it acquired Superior Uranium Pty Ltd.
