Emeco Holdings Limited (Emeco) is engaged in the business of sales, rentals, maintenance, and procurement of heavy earthmoving equipments. Emeco's rental division provides a range of earthmoving equipment to customers in Australia and Asia. Its sales division sells a range of earthmoving equipments to customers in civil construction and mining industries. Its parts division consists of procuring and supplying globally sourced used and reconditioned parts to external customers and to its rental and sales divisions. Emeco's maintenance division consists of maintenance, repair and refurbishment of customer's plants and equipments. The Company has a 50% ownership interest in Industrial Asset Management Pty Ltd. Emeco operates in Australia, Asia, North America, and Europe. In January 2007, the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Emeco International Europe BV, completed the acquisition of Euro Machinery BV and Euro Rental BV.
