Energy Developments Limited is engaged in the development and operation of power generation projects. The Company provides renewable energy and low greenhouse gas (GHG) emission energy. The Company owns and operates 64 power generation facilities across Australia, the United States, Europe and Asia. It provides services in three main areas: landfill gas (LFG) power generation, coal mine methane (CMM) power generation and remote area power generation. The Company is developing capabilities in liquefied natural gas (LNG) and compressed natural gas (CNG) power generation and energy solutions. The Company generates revenue from several sources: provision and/or sale of electricity to direct customers, such as large energy retailers; generation and sale of environmental credits, such as GHG abatement certificates, to third parties, and management of LFG fields on behalf of landfill owners. As of June 30, 2006, the Company had total owned generating capacity of 445 megawatts.
