Equigold NL is engaged in exploration, development and mining of gold in Australia and West Africa. The Company's project portfolios include Mount Rawdon located in southeast Queensland and Kirkalocka project located in Murchison region of Western Australia. On July 30, 2006 the Company completed feasibility studies into the development of the Bonier Gold Project in Ivory Coast in West Africa.
